You know those stair-steppers you see in gyms? Use one of those for 15 minutes
Do some assorted stretches
LIft weights for 15 minutes. (how heavy the weights are depends on how much you can lift)
Go back to the stair-stepper for 15 minutes.
Lift weights for another 15 minutes.
Take a five minute break
10 minute break.
Run at least 2 miles (again, depends on how far you can go. No less than 2 miles, though.)
10 minute break
2 hours of combat practice
20 minute break
Great! Now do that every day!!
SIt still and do absouloutely nothing for 3 hours. Try to clear your mind (and not be driven insane). Do that about 3-4 times a week.
